As we all know, though some may have forgotten by now, last weekend was Labor Day.  JP came down from The Bay and Saturday evening we hooked up with his friends, Guy and Terry, for a cruise on their boat around Newport Beach Harbor!

Nothing goes with champagne like champagne grapes! Am I right?

Around the time the sun went down, we docked the boat in front of The Cannery for a phenomenal dinner.  Apparently the sushi bar upstairs is a pretty hip scene, but we cozied up on the deck with heaters, blankets, and a seafood salad worth the long drive down the The O.C.
